The Team
Our consultants have been continually supported by the same administration, payroll and accounts staff since our inception in 1992, who in turn have developed their own relationships with our clients and temporary staff to ensure that we provide a faultless all round service.
Managing a large Temporary team means that consistency in accounts and payroll has ensured that we have implemented all the recent legal changes quickly and efficiently whilst providing up to date information to all the relevant parties.
The administration support ensures that our consultants can focus 100% of their time on filing their clients’ jobs.
He trained in a large specialist accountancy recruitment firm and after a few roles in other agencies decided one day that could do a better job for his clients if he had more control over the complete process.
This insight in 1992 sparked the beginning of Adept Recruitment and what has become a long career in the legal finance & commercial accountancy sectors.
Kevin is still as passionate about recruitment now as he was when he founded Adept and says that they have been fortunate to work with such fantastic clients and candidates over the years. Many of those relationships have now become friendships and he takes great satisfaction watching people progress through their careers.
Outside of work, Kevin likes to keep equally busy. He is often to be found waiting for the gym to open in the morning before heading to the office and has a passion for renovating old houses.
Judy loves to find the perfect fit for a clients brief and leaves no stone unturned in her search for the right candidate. Her friendly, sociable and chatty disposition helps put even the most nervous candidates at ease and her practical advice helps them to make the most of their experience during their interviews.
Judy rescued a dog, Millie, a couple of years ago and often has a funny story to tell about Millies’ recent antics!
Steven takes the time to get to know his clients and their needs and cultures. He is often on hand to give career advice to candidates and is a good sounding board if you want to talk about your career development.
As the tech and social media savvy member of the team he has been tasked with arming his colleagues with the skills they need to communicate with Generation Y candidates.
Outside the office, he can often be found in the park walking his dog Bailey.
