Deputy Supported Living Manager – Seaford, East Sussex

Our client provides Supported Living, Residential, Outreach and Community Services to individuals with multiple or complex needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and/or challenging behaviours and they are currently recruiting for a Deputy Supported Living Manager in Seaford, East Sussex.
In this role you will work closely with the Service Manager to support 2 Supported Living services for adults with mild learning disabilities, autism, and complex emotional needs. This position will include responsibility for the management and coordination of the support hours within the service.
Drivers are essential due to the nature of the role as well as previous management or supervisory experience (e.g. rotas, admin, assessments, staff supervisions etc.). Experience with learning disabilities is essential. We are also looking for full flexibility on a 7 day rota.
Salary is £22,725 per annum with benefits including 31 days on annual leave including Bank Holidays and company pension scheme.
