Our client provides Supported Living, Residential, Outreach and Community Services to individuals with multiple or complex needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and/or challenging behaviours and they are currently recruiting for an Assistant Service Manager to cover Weybridge and Walton.
This role is to manage the day to day running of the Elmbridge Supported Living service supporting around 17 service users across the Walton & Weybridge area living in their own homes. Service users need support to live independently and hours of support a week can vary from a few hours up to 20+ hours for example. This service does not cover any nights and so we’d look for people to be flexible from 7am – 7pm (subject to change) across a 7 day rota.
Applicants MUST be a driver with access to own car.
Candidates must have a strong background working with people with learning disabilities and experience of leading a team of support or care workers.
Salary is £22,725 per annum with benefits including 31 days annual leave including Bank Holidays and company pension scheme.
