Our client provides Supported Living, Residential, Outreach and Community Services to individuals with multiple or complex needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and/or challenging behaviours.
We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to manage 2 domiciliary care services and 4 community-based support services across Caterham and Croydon for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, and complex needs. The service users require support with personal care, health and safety, finances, medication, and activities such as shopping or gardening.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of best practice in delivering support to people with different needs and a passion for doing so. They will have experience of management of registered or supported living services including appraisals, coaching, performance management, managing budgets and financial information, as well as ensuring an inclusive working environment.
Salary is £29,500 per annum.
