Assistant Service Manager – Woking

Our client provides Supported Living, Residential, Outreach and Community Services to individuals with multiple or complex needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and/or challenging behaviours and they are currently recruiting for an Assistant Service Manager in Woking.
The service is a community/supported living service that supports 13 service users across Woking living in their own homes. This may be supporting them with cooking in the evenings, attending activities, going out into the community or helping them with breakfast in the morning as well as personal care.
This role will include responsibility for the management and coordination of the support hours of the service and there is a Service Manager who oversees this service as well as other services within the group.
Drivers are essential due to the nature of the role as well as previous management experience (e.g. rotas, admin, assessments, staff supervisions etc.). Experience with learning disabilities is essential. We are also looking for full flexibility on a 7 day rota.
Salary is £22,725 per annum with benefits including 31 days on annual leave including Bank Holidays and company pension scheme.
