Currently we have 3 types of contract available;
Office-based - Permanently conducting face-to-face assessments in our assessment centre.
Home-based – Working remotely from home
Hybrid working - Work from home and office, with the best of both worlds, on your terms!
All you need to start a new role as a Disability Assessor within our Assessment Team to get yourself a better work life balance with no antisocial hours or shift work is…..
• Valid NMC pin – which will not be affected, and you can keep your registration.
• A minimum of 12 months' experience as a nurse, Paramedic, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
• The flexibility to commit to full time training for 6 weeks
• A positive approach to learning as all training will be provided by our in house, specialist training team.
What will you be given in return for joining us and bringing your expertise to deliver an exceptional service on behalf of the DWP?
Starting salary of £35,000 with an increase at 6 months and a further increase at 12 months service bringing you to £37,000 annually
A bonus scheme that could earn you another 10% of your salary bringing your annual earnings to £40,700 OTE
Working hours of 37.5 hours per week, office hours, don’t be fooled by those offering higher salaries – their working hours are longer!
We can offer full, part time and flexible contracts to suit your needs, once your training is complete including school friendly hours of 8.30am – 2.30pm.

Training and Support from our Clinical Team is on hand for the length of your employment with us. You can choose to learn on site or remotely and once in the role your Clinical Lead is always on hand to guide, mentor and coach.
There is lots of different progression paths you can take, once fully embedded in your role, whether that be - leadership, training or mentorship – we always look at our internal talent pool first for these types of positions!
