Our client provides Supported Living, Residential, Outreach and Community Services to individuals with multiple or complex needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and/or challenging behaviours and they are currently recruiting for a Supported Living Manager in Ottershaw.
The role is to oversee 2 supported living services in Ottershaw that support people with physical and learning disabilities. They enjoy an active lifestyle attending multiple social activities such as going to the cinema and day trips out as well as doing as much as possible around the homes.
Skills and Experience
It is essential for applicants to hold a full valid driving licence and access to their own vehicle and have experience of managing registered or supported living services. It’s also essential they have experience working with people with learning disabilities and having a strong understanding of CQC/sector regulations and legislations.
The role is to be flexible to work across 5 days including some weekends and to also be a part of an on-call rota.
Salary and Benefits
Salary is £28,000 per annum plus benefits.
