Introduction

Adept recruitment are happy to be working with 1st class provider of Supported Living services to adults with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs, with a remit to recruit for a new Regional Manager to oversee the East Midlands Region.

Overview

This is a great opportunity for an experienced operator (and/or multi-site manager) to work and lead within a highly valued, driven & quality focussed organisation that has a genuine person-centred approach. Reporting into the Board of Directors, you'll be leading across the Essex region including; operations, direction, future growth, leadership and management support in all aspects of the operational function to Service Managers within the region. The Regional Manager will be required to focus on the standards of quality, as well as growth, operations and performance of each service. You will be tasked with translating the group strategy into local operations and developing relationships with stakeholder's and local authorities.

Summary

My client is seeking a proven leader that has a genuine passion for the quality of services, but who is flexible, hands on and wants to be a strong visible operational leader. This person will successfully oversee and develop a portfolio of Supported Living services that cater to adults with Mental Health Learning Disabilities and other Complex Needs.
