Our client provides Supported Living, Residential, Outreach and Community Services to individuals with multiple or complex needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and/or challenging behaviours.
We are currently recruiting a Service Manager for 2 supported living services in the Enfield area supporting 9 people with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge. Experience working with people with behaviour that challenge is essential as well as having a valid UK driving license and access to own car.
Candidates will have a strong understanding of best practice in delivering support to people with different needs and a passion for doing so. They will have experience managing registered or supported living services including appraisals, coaching, performance management, managing budgets and financial information, as well as ensuring an inclusive working environment.
Salary is £28,000 per annum.
