Outline of role
The role of an ebilling Assistant is integral in supporting clients as they move to ebilling. Responsibilities include collation and maintenance of timekeepers, matter reconciliations and other related data maintenance. This role will also have considerable client, ebilling broker and global finance contact both in the set-up of new ebilling initiatives and with the on-going maintenance to them.

The ideal candidate for this position will need a minimum of 1 years ebilling experience in a Law Firm and be looking face new challenges and experiences in their career.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills and the ability to prioritise and manage your own work load is a must. You will also need the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
