Our client provides Supported Living, Residential, Outreach and Community Services to individuals with multiple or complex needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and/or challenging behaviours.
They are currently recruiting for a Supported Living Manager to manage two 24/7 supported living services in Ottershaw for 11 adults with learning disabilities.
Both services are based centrally to Ottershaw in a residential area in the same area/road. Due to the nature of the role it is essential for applicants to drive and have their own vehicle and the role will include being responsible for staff appraisals, rotas, support plans, managing budgets, and monthly reports as well as overseeing the person centred support of the service users.
We’re looking for someone with previous experience of overseeing a learning disability service, ideally supported living or multiple services. Experience of managing medium to large staffing teams, a good CQC knowledge and be flexible to work as part of an on call rota as well as being available to work 24/7 (as and when needed). The role is full time - 39 hours per week.
The salary for the role is £28,000 with 31 annual leave days including bank holidays
