Adept Recruitment is a leading provider of permanent recruitment solutions to the Nursing, Health and Social Care sectors across the UK and we offer bespoke consultancy services to clients and candidates alike.
Our client provides Supported Living, Residential, Outreach and Community Services to individuals with multiple or complex needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and/or challenging behaviours.
The position is a Service Manager role covering 3 transitional and supported living services for adults with learning disabilities in Claygate, Ashtead and Epsom. All services are within a 10 mile radius and the office space is based at Claygate.
The current team has 3 assistant service managers, 1 based at each service and around 20 support workers across the 3 services.
Due to the differing types of services and that they’re across multiple locations we are looking for someone who is experienced as a Service Manager (or equal level) and ideally managing multiple sites and/or larger and diverse staffing teams.
Applicants MUST be experienced working with people with learning disabilities and have a good understanding of CQC regulations.
Due to the nature of the role it’s also essential applicants hold a full valid driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
Salary is £29,000 per annum.
