The registration process is one of the most important times for you. It the time we assess your skills and find out more about you and the type of work you require.  Just as importantly you will meet the Consultant that will be your representative during your time with Adept.


What to bring to an interview                  

  • Passport
  • Referees – covering 2 years
  • Certificates relating to qualifications
  • Bank Details – Complete the form in advance Bank Details.pdf
         a. If you do not have Bank Details we can issue a cheque which
             you can cash weekly
  • National Insurance Number. Haven’t got one click here


Meeting us                

  • It is a legal requirement for recruitment agencies to check and make copies of your ID i.e.passport & any Visa details (if applicable)
  • If you have not had an online test you will be skill tested, i.e.;
        a. Typing Speed, Key depressions
        b. Excel test
  • You will then be interviewed by your Consultant
  • We try to make the interview quite informal and discuss all areas of your CV
  • We will also openly discuss:
        a. Your Contract of Services
        b. Rates of Pay
        c. Appropriate dress for assignments
        d. Timesheets
        e. Payslips
         f. Tax Details
        g. Any other questions you may have about Temping
  • It is important when temping that you feel comfortable with your consultant 
    and agency that represents you – and of course that’s how you will feel with us!
