LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT:

STANDARD COMPANY HOURS: Business hours, Monday to Friday

TOTAL STANDARD WORKING WEEK (HOURS):

MAIN DUTIES:
The role consists of general administrative duties including the following:

- Typing correspondence
- Filing information
- Creating reports
- Organising couriers
- Taking and typing meeting minutes
- Booking meeting rooms and
- Database maintenance.

ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS:
Good skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint with a typing speed of 40+ wpm
At least 6 months previous administration experience

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
You must be able to demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality
Hardworking and well organised with a positive can-do attitude.
Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Be a quick learner.
You should have good attention to detail and be a willing and flexible member of the team.
