International Media Manager

Our client are a leading international charity. They are looking for a media professional preferably with experience of working for an international organisation to drive forward their global media strategy.

MAIN DUTIES:
Devise and implement a global media strategy
Identify priority influential international media and devise a strategy to build the charity's profile across these targets
Identify opportunities for engaging strategically chosen priority media in the charity's campaigns
Identify international media contacts in broadcast, newswires and online
Build a network of key international media targets
Work with the Film & Photography Manager to identify opportunities in third media

ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS:
Minimum of five years experience of working in media relations role
At least tow years working for a complex international organisation

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Excellent presentation skills
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent networking and representation skills
Attention to detail
