We measure each consultant’s performance via ‘Activity’ reports which are updated and reviewed monthly with each Consultant. These figures totalled give us Divisional and overall company Performance.

We also have on-line reports sent to Clients and Candidates which ask about our performance and service - these are reviewed and any comments are added to the Company Action Log
