The amount of referrals that any company gets is a good indication of how well they are servicing their customers. Adept set up its Referral scheme to thank those people whose referrals led us to successfully placing roles with our Clients and helped us to grow our business.


We thought it would also be a great way of rewarding our Temps which means the longer that they work for us the bigger their reward.

The scheme that we offer is quite simply this;

For every candidate that you refer and we successfully place we send you ‘point’s worth up to approximately £150 that can be spent on our internal shopping site.  Adept Temps get a 'point' for every hour that they work which they can also booster by recommending their friends and work colleagues - so its a win win situation. 
 
It’s all done by e-mail and even the shipping of the goods is free – it couldn’t be easier.

To cater for everybody there are 4 areas to ‘buy’ from with over 200 products ranging from:

              Spa Days                                      Helicopter Rides
              Meals at Conran Restaurants          Fashion Accessories & Handbags
              Weekend Breaks                           Trips to Eurodisney

How does the scheme work?


There are two methods in which our Service can be recommended                 

  • Candidates looking for work who we place in vacancies
  • Recommending Employers whose vacancies we fill

When we successfully place a candidate in a role OR we fill a referred vacancy, you are allocated points which are sent via e-mail and can then be used on our internet shopping site – it’s that simple.
 

How many points do I get?


Recommending Candidates


Please note that you get points for every candidate that we successfully place      

  • Placement of a Candidate in a Temporary role – 500 points (£50)
  • Placement of a Candidate in a Permanent role - 1500 points (£150)
  • Placement of a Candidate in an Interim role - 1500 points (£150)**

** An interim role is normally a contract that lasts up to one year.  Therefore filling a 3 month interim role would mean you get 1500 points x 3/12 = 375 points. Please see Full Terms & Conditions

 
Recommending Clients


At times many companies are at a loss as to who to register a vacancy with OR they just simply cannot fill their roles.  If you recommend an employer to us and we successfully fill their position, the points below will be allocated you your account.              

  • Placement of a Temporary vacancy – 2000 points (£200)
  • Placement of a Permanent vacancy - 4000 points (£400)
  • Placement of an Interim vacancy - 4000 points pro rata**

How to Recommend


Candidates
  • Either you or the person you wish to refer can contact us on 020 7240 2390 and speak to a Consultant directly.
  • Submit their details here
  • Get your referral to Register online, putting your name as a referral in the Comments Box.  

The details you will need to refer a candidate are:

  • Name
  • personal e-mail address
  • Contact Tel Number


Clients
  • The Client must contact us on directly on 020 7240 2390 – and they will be forwarded to the
     appropriate consultant  – please remind them to say who referred them!!

 

When do I get my points?

We issue the points the week in which the person starts their new job!  Other schemes operated by Recruitment Agencies only give the Reward 12 weeks after the person has started – we want you to have your points straight away.

Points are allocated every Friday for:                

  • All Candidates that have been referred and started that week
  • All vacancies where a candidate has started that week
  • All hours for Temps for the previous week worked

 

How do I get my Points?


The whole process from getting points to shopping is done via e-mail and the internet.

  • Each week you will receive a 'Statement' of the Points you have accumulated
  • If you are a Temp with Adept you will be accruing hours weekly. This weekly statement will 
    keep you abreast of how many points you have  

 

Spending my Points


Once you have acumulated enough points by either referrals, temping or both the next step is spending them to receive your FREE goods.

  • Access the Adept Shopping Site via the Homepage of our website - 'Spend my points'
  • Select the item/s you wish to purchase with your points
  • Go to the checkout and allocate the number of points in your account against
    the value of the item
  • Ensure you have entered a Delivery Address - otherwise we cannot send it to you!!
  • All items are delivered to work or home absolutely FREE
